Dante Station - Revisited
thingiverse
The upgraded Dante Station model features textured surfaces and a separated design for easy removal of support structure. It's scaled for N scale model railroads. The design was created using Google Sketchup, aged with ZBrush, and printed on a Replicator2 with settings including 10% infill, 0.200 layer height, and 45-degree support angle to ensure quality, especially on overhangs. A raft with full support was used, and printing took less than four hours at a 44mm height. To modify these settings in MakerWare 2.4, create a new profile using MakerBot PLA Standard and adjust the specified lines accordingly.
