For PrintCity, I designed a packaging sample for a virtual brand, showcasing possibilities of inline production of high-decorated value-added folding boxes. This project uses a Gallus ICS 670 modular printing system. To complete the design, I created and printed a custom cosmetic pot for the folding box with perfect integration, fit, and finish, based on the diamond shape. The entire project serves multiple purposes: creating a flawless fitting flask design for the box and generating marketing images. All components, including screws and locking mechanisms, were designed using CAD software without relying on libraries. These designs can be freely printed for personal use under a Non-Commercial license. Requests for folding box packaging samples are welcome at www.printcity.de, provided as part of this initiative. **Instructions:** The cosmetic pot is composed of three distinct materials per sample: PLA Black for the stand, PET for the Body, and PLA yellow and pink for the cap. All parts were printed with an Ultimaker 2. To optimize prints, I set shell thickness to 1.6 mm (25% infill) for the stand, 1 mm (100% solid) for body and cap, using Cura software to minimize infill on translucent PET materials and achieve a smooth finish. Resolutions were set to 0.1 mm for the stand, 0.12 mm for PET Body, and 0.06 mm for the cap. For optimal results, I printed parts with supports only where necessary (2mm distance from the print surface), without touching or damaging screw heads during removal. To maintain the intended aesthetic, components were left without additional finishing to achieve a naturally rough appearance.
