Print and then mold with a heat gun, hairdryer or hot water. Measure your face first and then print 10 cm larger to accommodate for the bending. I made this for a friend who wanted to do the cosplay, but couldn't even find a mask to buy as it was so obscure. She never ended up doing the cosplay though! Print with a low infill or bending it will be harder.
