Danfoss Ally (Popp) FJVR adapter
thingiverse
This is an adapter for fitting Danfoss Ally or Popp smart thermostats on a FJVR return valve. It is mounted directly on the valve and on the thermostat without any further adapters. When the adapter is screwed all the way into the thermostat the "click" system should kick in. You will need a M4 bolt (I used 20mm long) and a nut to tighten the adapter to the FJVR valve. Break-in the hole before mounting to avoid headaches. Please print with PETG or ASA and NOT PLA as it might not stand the high temperatures from the heating system. Print it with the thread part downwards. Tip: I made supports only for the outer perimeters of the central overhang. The rest of it was printed by bridging. This assured me nice and smooth surfaces without bumps from the support material. The bolt hole overhang had full supports. See images.
