Model the vase as a solitary wall test for Replicator 2X upgrades. Check out these hardware and software upgrades: Universal 3in1 Extruder by David Headrick (http://manual-3in1-extruder.davidheadrick.com), AluCarriage Dual Rev2 by Carl (http://shop.raffle.ch/shop/alucarriage-dual/), Sailfish firmware by Jetty (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32084), and Simplify 3D Creator's slicing software (http://www.simplify3d.com/creator/). Watch this video for an overview of the AluCarriage Dual & 3 in 1 Extruder Upgrade on a Replicator 2X (http://youtu.be/x82pfCGb2nU). Printing instructions: Use ABS with a 0.2mm layer height, rotate the model 270 degrees so it sits on the build plate, no supports needed. If using a Replicator, scale down to about 70%. Slice with Simplify 3D Creator; try these settings: 0.2 layer height, 0 top layers, 3 base layers, and 1 outer shell. I also included a shelled STL if you need it (Dandelion Vase - Shelled), with a 0.5mm thick shell. Happy printing!
