I designed a control system for moving a dancing robot sideways when its legs are straightened out. My initial prototype, dubbed "yearlo," allowed me to repair my first agile step-it successfully. However, it needed to be compatible with all other versions and brands of robots. The key component I created was a joystick that enables the robot to open its arms and legs simultaneously.
