thingiverse
My girlfriend has finally obtained her first Danbo to use for photography. Of course, I carelessly dropped it and broke its leg. To cut a long story short, here is a replacement for the joints/hinges that connect the legs, arms, and head to the body. Please read the instructions carefully. I have deliberately chosen this license. You are not allowed to sell this print. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro C Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Layer Height Infill: 100% Notes: I have uploaded three different models to accommodate the various tolerances of printers available: * 0.0mm tolerance between the hole and the pin * 0.2mm tolerance * 0.4mm tolerance Each bundle includes: 1x Female Connector (Hole) 1x Male Connector (Pin) Horizontally Oriented 1x Male Connector (Pin) Lying Upright to Increase Strength The necessary supports are included, so do not add additional structures. Settings: PLA, 185°C (First Layer: 190°C), Bed: 50°C (First Layer: 60°C), 100% Infill, Brim Recommended if You Experience Insufficient Bed Adhesion. Post-Printing 1) CAREFULLY remove the supports with a knife. 2) Measure the thickness of the pins; something between 2.9-3.2mm is suitable. 3) Cut away too much plastic carefully. 4) GENTLY put the pins into the Danbo. 5) Repeat steps 2-4. 6) Enjoy!
