Dana Syringe holder
thingiverse
This is a simple holder that streamlines filling syringes/reservoirs for Sooil Dana pumps. It secures the insulin bottle and the syringe together, making it effortless to knock against the syringe to remove air. I previously used a Medtronic pump and its syringes came with a built-in holder that allowed me to snap the syringe and insulin bottle together with an included cannula/needle. In contrast, this holder is just a piece of plastic utilizing the injection needle that comes with the Dana syringe. The example shown was printed using PETG due to existing printer inventory, but earlier versions were printed in standard PLA with equally successful results. Update 15.03.2019: Following user request, I added the file Auffuellhilfe-Penfill.stl, which enables connection between a Dana Syrringe and a Novo Nordisk Penfill cartridge. Its compatibility with other manufacturers' cartridges is unknown; if discovered or modified, please contact me.
