A sleek triple 40mm setup boasts expertly guided fan duct / shroud functionality. Printer Settings: Manufacturer: RepRap Model: P3Steel Rafts: Unnecessary Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.1 - 0.3 mm Infill Percentage: 10% Notes: Initially, I reduced the solid infill amount in slic3r for the first few layers to prevent over-extrusion. The original setting of 70mm² was adjusted to approximately 20mm² to avoid print head penetration. Results may vary. Printing Details: Cura successfully sliced the parts without issues. A substantial brim was necessary to maintain contact with the bed and prevent lifting. Post-Processing Instructions: Apply super glue to bond the three components together, allowing for minor adjustments in distance between the bed and print head. Optional Fan Mounting Methods: Hot glue can be used to secure fans in place. Alternatively, M3-sized holes can be tapped and secured with 12mm hex nuts for a more durable connection. Removing the fans remains relatively easy in either case. Design Process: I utilized blender and DWONH's design to create this setup.
