Foot Extensions for Dan Case Feet: Enhancing Exhaust Fan Clearance To give my 92mm exhaust fan more breathing room, I opted for foot extensions designed specifically for stock Dan Case feet. The standard foot is about 4.35 mm high, so a 12mm extension provides a total clearance of 16.35 mm. This added space may allow those with the 92mm Asetek AIO to set up a push/pull configuration using a 92x14mm fan mounted externally. Images showcase a 12mm extension on a Dan A4 v3 system. Print four of your desired extension size, and also acquire four M3 screws for each foot. The required screw length is the sum of the extension size plus 4 mm. For example: - An 8mm extension requires an M3x12 screw - A 12mm extension demands an M3x16 screw - A 16mm extension necessitates an M3x20 screw - A 21mm extension requires an M3x25 screw Initially, I considered setting this up in customizer, but editing OpenSCAD is beyond my skills. Nonetheless, the .step file has been included for anyone willing to edit it themselves; the design is fairly straightforward.
