Diameter reducer inserts are designed for use on larger buckets, specifically a 63mm bucket that requires a 50ml centrifuge tube with a diameter of 29mm. The inner and outer rims of these inserts are strategically constructed to be 3mm thick, providing stability and support. The spokes, which are also 2mm thick, add an extra layer of strength and durability to the design. These diameter reducer inserts are crafted from semi-flexible TPU, utilizing Ninjatek Cheetah material that efficiently absorbs any potential vibrations. This results in a smoother operation and reduced risk of damage. Designed with FreeCAD software, these inserts offer a solid foundation for future improvements. While this is an initial attempt, it's clear that the design could be refined to reduce weight by implementing thinner rims and fewer spokes, ultimately creating a more efficient product without compromising on sturdiness.
