The Lady of Elche, an Iberian artifact from the 4th century BC, was discovered in Spain and exhibited in Madrid's National Archaeological Museum. Its Hellenistic craftsmanship indicates strong influences from that culture, and it is believed to be associated with Tanit, the goddess of Carthage, worshipped by the Punic-Iberians.
