This is a mechanical friction torque limiter with a 0.75" ID keyed bore by Dalton (OSD-225-3/4). The sprocket is a 35A22G. The sprocket will overcome the clamping force of the friction disks and spin on the internal needle bearing if the drive chain suddenly stops, preventing damage.
