DALPROP T7056C Prop CW/CCW
thingiverse
These are custom DALPROP T7056C props designed specifically for quadcopters, featuring both CW and CCW rotation options. The CW rotation is clearly marked with a "R" next to the prop code on the model. Instead of using a traditional NACA profile, these foils were created by taking physical slices from a propeller and making precise comparisons through close observation. This approach yields far superior results than simply extruding a shape with a filleted edge. To add an extra layer of realism, I even included the prop code, rotation, and DALPROP debossing in the design. The only elements left out are the DALPROP logo, which is curved around the motorshaft hole, and some minor mold marks that aren't relevant to the model. Perhaps I'll revisit those features in a future update. In Fusion 360, the object properties for this propeller are set to poly carbonate, although it's worth noting that the actual material used would be PC + glass fiber. To highlight the debossing details on the blades more effectively, I rendered the model in red.
