This is a weighted poker card capper designed to prevent accidental folding of your hole cards during a hand. The base measures 39mm in diameter, the same size as a standard poker chip, ensuring it stacks perfectly on top of your chips when not in use. The design features the iconic Dallas Cowboys logo. If you like this design, be sure to check out my collection of card cappers for more unique and interesting designs. To print this weighted capper, follow these steps: 1. Print two silver stars. 2. Print one each of the remaining parts. 3. When printing the main blue star, ensure it is printed with the deeper star cutout facing down to allow for easy removal of support material from the surface. 4. I recommend printing the holder and base with line support material spaced at 4.5mm. Assembly instructions are as follows: 1. Place four nickels inside the holder before snapping it into the base, providing ballast. 2. Remove support material from the main blue star and glue the thin blue star into place to cover the surface where support material was removed. 3. Snap a silver star into each side of the blue star, securing them with a few drops of glue if needed. 4. Slide the assembled star into the two triangles on top of the base, using a few drops of glue to keep everything in place. Enjoy your new weighted poker card capper!
