I finally spotted the Dalek Light Cage on Project Dalek Forum, not Thingiverse. Lucky for me, I managed to track it down and download the file from http://www.projectdalek.com/index.php?/files/file/244-nsd-light-cage/. My custom lights are now complete and functional. They utilize rear tail light assemblies from an old Hyundai Elantra, which I sourced from a local auto parts store. These tail lights are connected to a sophisticated L.E.D. sound control box that responds instantly to my voice commands by flashing the lights on cue. The L.E.D. lights themselves can be easily found at any Autozone or O'Reilly's auto store. As of today, August 30th, 2017, my custom lights are fully assembled and wired up.
