Its native format is OBJ, and the 3ds Max scene is powered by Autodesk's robust 2019 engine, utilizing Mental Ray rendering technology in version 3.02. This highly detailed representation accurately captures the Dal Tex building as it looked on that fateful day in November 1963, at the time of President John F. Kennedy's tragic assassination. The model is meticulously scaled and includes intricately modeled details such as the fire escape, carefully recreated from vintage photographs taken during that era. Although the building still stands today, its ground-level appearance has undergone significant modifications, now featuring modern storefronts. It was at this very location where Abraham Zapruder worked, and some theories suggest a potential shooter may have been present in connection with a conspiracy.
