Using the options: picture shape in high definition, orientation as horizontal, pane size set to large, layer height of 0.2mm, 13 layers, text size at 10, vertically aligned, text line one left empty, lines two and three also empty, lines four and five customizable through input field, reversing text functionality turned off by default, option to include hole included, image file specified as lithopane_new20140928-18068-6k0l8b-0.dat, diameter of the hole is set to 10mm.
