After loads of experiments, I came up with a way to print these (print-in-place) hinged boxes for sorting daily pills. The boxes are labeled and use different color filaments.

Print is PET-G printed over 1 MM of TPU. Print settings are generic PET-G as set in the Prusa slicer EXCEPT the print bed is set down to 85C for the entire print. One caution: do not print more than 2 boxes at one time as the length of time the TPU sits on the printbed causes it to warp.

I have also included a case to hold up to 21 boxes (AM, MD (mid Day) and PM pills x 7 days a week).

Included also are the FreeCAD files for the box and the case. The FreeCAD file uses a spreadsheet for the labels, so, you can write (pretty much) anything you like on the (embossed) front and (debossed) top.

If you want the sliced files I used, post a note here and I will put them up.

BGTW: I am also experimenting with FPLA (flexible PLA) from Ataraxia https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B099QYPXRS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

as the hinge and PLA for the box.
