Day 6 showcases the Astroid, x^(2/3) + y^(2/3) = a, from day 2 with altered exponents. By changing both to 1, the equation becomes |x + y| = a, yielding a diamond shape as x and y vary linearly. The model is printable without support; photos were taken using a Replicator 2 and standard Makerware settings.
