Daihatsu Cuore Toyota Yaris MY2007 washer water cap

This cap serves as an excellent substitute for the worn-out and fragile washer water cap found in certain Daihatsu/Toyota vehicles. In my case, it was a Daihatsu Cuore from 2007 that I needed to replace. This design should not be printed using ABS or PLA materials. Instead, I used Taulman Nylon 645, which works incredibly well. You can also experiment with other durable materials that are flexible and robust enough for use in a car environment, but Nylon proved to be an excellent choice here. The cap is designed to print without supports, however, I highly recommend adding a brim when printing with Nylon for better adhesion to the build plate. A print resolution of 0.2mm or lower is recommended for optimal results.
