<p>My trimmer has a rubber washer that had perished - Dahle only supply a complete new head and I couldn't find a washer that fitted readily. Printed this in TPU and it works well. My Timmer is model 507 but it should fit any that use the 970 head.</p> <p>Easy to make your own in any software 25mm washer 8mm thick with 14mm center bore.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print in TPU or other FLEX using the recommended settings for the filament - I used 20% infill to allow abit more flex.</p>
