Dagu 6 DOF Robotic Arm

Dagu 6 DOF Robotic Arm

grabcad

A 6 DOF robotic arm, including a gripper, has been modeled using reverse engineering techniques. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. We hope you find it useful! The initial mates on the model can be un-suppressed to restore the arm to its starting position and then suppressed again for custom movement. Originally, this robotic arm was simulated using LabVIEW software, as demonstrated in a video. An updated version of the model has been successfully implemented with Matlab by a colleague (Samer Elsawy), who has kindly provided documentation in the form of a .pdf titled "Interfacing btwn Matlab&SolidWorks" for those who may find it helpful.
