I offer you a solution for belt tension problems on your Neva/Magis from Dagoma. https://clubdagoma.popsell.com/max-38805/371013-F It is a custom top with the integration of tensioners (x3) on each axis as well as an optional top box to put your small objects or tools, which is not mandatory for the proper functioning of the set. The disadvantage of this project is that for people who only have a Neva/Magis type machine, it is not possible to print with it. You will either need to own a high-volume machine, or have the knowledge to do it, or have it done in a fablab/service delivery facility. I know it's not ideal, but I couldn't make a reliable multi-part solution that was strong and stable enough to be printable on smaller machines. So you'll find: Top custom Tensioners (the STL groups together the necessary trio of tensioners, but it is up to you to choose the orientation for printing according to the possibilities of your machine) The top box with supports (to avoid the hassle of generating supports, they are already integrated and optimized in the STL) The top box without supports (if you want to let your slicer generate them, choose this option) As I usually do, the necessary hardware is the one used by Dagoma to make it easy to find. Namely: 3 GT2 grooved pulleys on bearings. 3 screws M3 25mm 3 screws M3 16mm 3 screws M3 10mm 3 standard M3 nuts 3 M3 nilstop nuts (brake nuts) This custom is a personal project, which took me a lot of time to conceive and realize, that I offer you for free, all under a relatively open license.
