Dagger - Annabeth Chase - Percy Jackson Series

Like the Original Poster, My child also wanted a Dagger to play Annabeth Chase from the Percy Jackson series of book. The pictures she showed had a simpler blade and was described as having an Owl on the handle but it was not in the picture. Getting the Owl detail right was a bit of work. I decided to put it on the pommel since it gave the largest clear area. I modeled it in two parts (handle & blade) because I was thinking that I would print it standing up. The first time I printed it like that the handle either fall or was knocked over. The second time I printed them laying down which is the version in the pictures. Well, three actually, since I modeled owl alone and subtracted it from the handle. She is painting it now and if it comes out nice I will posted updated pictures.
