Daedric Shield from Skyrim
thingiverse
Daedric Shield from Skyrim. I'll start by opening file 1 and going all the way to 9. Files 1-3 are on the right outside of the shield, while files 4-6 are in the middle, and files 7-9 are on the left outside. With 10% infill, all the pieces should require around 340,673 mm of filament to print and about 46 hours at normal speeds. I've been slowing down my prints from this point by 10-17% because I prioritize print quality over speed. I'm not in a hurry to complete anything. I included the original file so you can take a look and see its size, as well as determine if it's what you're interested in. I've just begun printing this and should have an update by mid-March on how it turned out. UPDATE I've almost completed printing this Daedric Shield. I found that the handle is slightly too small, leading me to conclude that Daedra must have tiny hands. If you're only printing this as a wall display, this won't be an issue. I'll consider enlarging this and cutting up the pieces. Enjoy and good luck with this one.
