Daedalus Frameplates V2.0

These are the updated frameplates specifically designed for the Daedalus I.O model. Key differences with the original version of frameplates, which can still be downloaded: - V2 is 5mm shorter. Six-inch props will still fit comfortably (see picture with black props) - Three holes have been added to securely attach vibration damping rubber balls to a Mobius setup. I'm unsure whether this feature should be retained or not. - Four additional holes have been incorporated into the center for four extra twenty-millimeter posts, which can help stiffen up the frame and provide more room for the battery to sit. However, if you cut the frame from three-millimeter plywood, it is already sufficiently sturdy. You may choose to exclude these spacers if desired. The other proprietary components required for this frame are available within my other files as well. Although this is a very early public release, everything should fit together smoothly. Included are two .SVG and two .PDF files with precise measurements of the frame. They can be used directly in a laser cutter. The PDF is also printable if you prefer to create the frameplates by hand. The curves involved are relatively simple to make by hand; I have personally tried this method several times. Recommended materials include three-millimeter birch plywood when laser cutting and one-millimeter to one-and-a-half millimeter carbon fiber plates if you prefer that option (I am currently using one-millimeter carbon plates, which work flawlessly).
