I couldn't find one, so I started from scratch. Here's how I tackled it: first, I converted the .dxf file found on Github into .svg; second, I edited the .svg in Inkscape; and third, I imported and fine-tuned the .stl in Tinkercad. To get the other side, simply flip the file along the x axis.
