Da Vinci E3DV6 Cooling Fan Modified for Radial Fan

Da Vinci E3DV6 Cooling Fan Modified for Radial Fan

I really liked oscahie's cooling fan design and used one for a long time before deciding to switch to a radial fan. This was cobbled together in Tinkercad, where the fan is a 50mm radial fan that I managed to create. If I can find the actual one I bought, I'll post a link later. I had this mounted in my Da Vinci 1.0 and can confidently say it works. I just needed to remove it while I was refitting the printer with Ramps 1.4, E3D Titan, Octopi, and some other upgrades that I was excited about. One thing about printing this - you'll notice that the orientation of the stl is odd. This is because I wanted the layer lines to go a certain way, which required some careful planning. It was printed with supports that I generated in Simplify3D, which has always done a great job on supports for me (easy to configure and to remove). I printed it in PETG at .3 layer height and it worked perfectly. oscahie's original design can be printed without support, but I couldn't find a way to do that with this one. Feel free to experiment with it!
