Da Vinci bed rail mount

Da Vinci bed rail mount

I designed this mod due to worn-out bed bushings on my Da Vinci 1.0A printer. The rods are 10mm and precision-machined down to 8mm at each end to fit the original factory mount. I suspect these rods aren't hardened, as they appear to be used in all larger printers with this same mount. The machining process makes them difficult to replace due to their reduced diameter ends. My design closely replicates the original except for having a 10mm inside diameter on my mount, which allows me to include an M3 nut for the upper mount. As a result, the holes aren't perfectly centered, but everything fits well. I printed mine in PETG with a higher infill percentage, but you can adjust this according to your preference. The white factory mount shown in the picture serves as a comparison.
