Da Vinci 3D V1.0 X axis idler replacement.

This part is designed to replace the stock idler tension mount on the Da Vinci 3D V1.0. My original bracket snapped, prompting me to attempt repairs twice before designing a new one from scratch. I have included two designs for your reference. The one I currently utilize is the notchless design, which has performed flawlessly so far. However, it proved challenging to install the idler due to its rigid nature, lacking sufficient room for flexibility. In contrast, the other design features a strategically placed notch that should facilitate smoother installation. Although I haven't tested this alternative, initial fitting and functionality checks indicate it will be an improvement over the original setup. If you decide to test the notched design, please share your experience with me.
