Da Vinci 3d Printer Pulley Shim

This is a shim for the pulleys that drive the Y axis on the Da vinci 1.0 3d printer. Nice and simple to install. Just snaps in place in between the pulley and snap ring on the three pulleys in the back of the machine. Make sure you install it on the side that does not have the black pin in the pulley. Using these will take backlash out of the belt drive system making your parts print better. Instructions I printed this part in ABS at 100% fill. It should fit your machine. If not you may have to scale it in the z axis to make it thicker or thinner. If part is thick you can always rub it on sandpaper a little to make it fit better. Make sure you push the pulley toward the pin so this part has room to be installed. Install it on the side opposite of the pin so the pin is locked into the pulley and the pulley has no backlash on the shaft.
