I recently bought an SJ4000 camera to use as a webcam to monitor long print jobs. The bed platform seemed like the best option for mounting it due to several reasons, so I created a simple mount that does just that. This mount can then be extended using standard (GoPro compatible) mounts and thumbscrews. This mount slides in easily but securely into the gaps on both front corners of the bed platform, allowing the camera to be installed on either side of the bed and oriented in a wide variety of angles and positions. With two extension arms included, you can move the camera horizontally and vertically within a 60mm radius. These arms were created using a customizer tool. To print your set in ABS, use 0.2mm layer height and 50% infill (you want it to be sturdy). The piece that hooks to the bed comes with support structures already built in. If you choose to print the horizontal extension arm, enable support for it on your slicer program. You may need to do some light filing or sanding in the joints for them to fit properly and also in the holes where the M5 nuts are installed.
