I remixed ChatToBrian's Filament Spool Holder because I thought driving the filament smoother was a good idea. So far, it works very well for me. My regular filament rolls fit perfectly in it. What you'll need is: * 1 printed filament holder (35%+ infill will do) * 2 608ZZ bearings * 1 41mm M8 threaded rod The bearings stack on the rod, which holds them so that the outer ring can spin freely around the filament spool. The spool itself lies on the bearings. It's a very tight fit, so I assembled it carefully using the plastic end of a big screwdriver to hit the rod with the bearings inside the cutout. Be patient and avoid breaking anything if possible. If needed, heat up the metal with a lighter or heat gun to press it into place. I hope you like this holder just as much as I do. Happy printing!
