IMPORTANT NOTE: Even though the print quality appears flawless, I strongly advise against using this part due to a deliberate design choice that allows some play for the threaded rods. INITIAL RELEASE NOTES: I streamlined the z-axis mechanism so it's no longer secured by the thread but instead relies on the top plate. I also expanded the base size to ensure stability. All holes are intentionally undersized, requiring a drill after printing to achieve precise dimensions. The hole for the z-axis must be exactly 5.05 mm in diameter; I used a frozen part and a 5mm drill, which perfectly fit after warming it up again. To reduce friction during assembly, I apply silicone lubrication. Print Settings Printer: Da Vinci 1.0 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers printed at 20mm/s Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this part slowly to achieve high precision.
