Redesign of Landin81's mount optimizes e3d hotend functionality for enhanced performance. Visit Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1311010 for original design inspiration. Modified to seamlessly integrate with the stock Da Vinci 1.0a extruder, this revised mount securely attaches directly to the stepper motor using sturdy 45mm M3 countersunk screws. Strategically added two M3 washers between the part and stepper motor ensure a snug fit. To prevent movement and maintain stability, an additional M3 washer is strategically positioned on each side of the blower fan. After extensive use exceeding 20+ hours, this design has proven to be remarkably secure and reliable.
