I built an Ignition Wire holder for my DA35 using a precise fit approach. The wire securely clips into the piece, which is carefully crafted to accommodate its shape. To create a strong bond with CA/glue, I drilled holes at the bottom of the holder. I then mounted this piece onto a custom-fitted balsa block that matches the exact contours required for my airframe.
