First run of a custom bracket that stabilizes the X Axis idler from both top and bottom.\r\n\r\nThis bracket features adjustable tension for the X axis belt, controlled via M3 screws on the side panel.\r\n\r\nA long M5 bolt securely holds the idler in place.\r\n\r\nI've been utilizing this bracket on my own printer for several months now.\r\n\r\nFuture updates are planned to optimize its performance, as I'm also working on a C Axis stepper bracket design that aligns the belt parallel to the extrusion. My current setup experiences about 2mm of level deviation on one side.
