D9 Bondtech Palette 2
thingiverse
A seasoned user quickly adapts to utilize the Mosaic Palette 2 in conjunction with a Wanhao D9, featuring the Bondtech extruder update.\r\n\r\nInspired by: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2433949\r\n\r\nThe model is printed in two segments to prevent unnecessary supports. Secure the two pieces by aligning them on the right edge and fastening with 2 x M3 x 40mm bolts attached to the front of the extruder.\r\n\r\nA rubber grommet from the Palette 2's packaging is used, proving to be a reliable fit.\r\n\r\nRemove the original PTFE tubing section from the extruder input and replace it with a piece that is 2mm longer. This lengthened tube will snugly fit into the recess on the adapter, ensuring uninterrupted feed from the Palette 2.\r\n\r\nThis design was created using Tinkercad.
