A modification to the standard acrylic triangle has been made to attach wheels and carriages to the 2020 vertical for enhanced performance. This attachment was created as a response to one of my original acrylic triangles breaking under normal use conditions. As part of its strengthening, this design incorporates one set of spacers directly into the part, making assembly easier than before. Print Settings: Printer: Zonestar D810 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.25mm layers Infill: 30% Notes: I printed with 6 perimeters, 5 top layers, and 4 bottom layers to achieve a strong enough structure. This design was based directly on the D810 acrylic diagram provided by Zonestar. To match their spacers' specifications, I set them at 5.9mm for optimal performance.
