D5S Fan Housing with air deflector

I've got a new design, my MK2 version! Check it out at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:693572 Here are the details about the original MK1: The first version I made was an air deflector that fitted directly onto the fan housing of my D5S and did its job quite well - it stopped temps from dropping when the fan kicked in, eliminating the need for extra insulation on the hot end. When I discovered a new fan housing from ElBertie, I figured why not try printing it out and see what happens? As soon as I centered the fan to the nozzle, my temp drop issues started popping up, so I got right to work on solidworks and came up with my own fan housing with deflector plate built right in. The result is a seamless setup that does the job perfectly. **How-to: Print It** I printed this bad boy on my trusty Wanhao D5S Mini using these specs: - 50% infill - 2 outer shells at 0.4mm - No supports needed - A custom marlin firmware set-up for optimal performance - Simplify3d customized to my liking, including: * Layer height: 0.2mm * Print speed was fast
