D5-DDC Adapter for EKWB O11D Distro Plate

# EDIT: This experiment was a failure so I don't recommend you try it. After about a day of use the impeller started vibrating to the point of being unusable. This is an adapter which will allow the installation of a D5 pump, replacing the default DDC pump, on the EKWB distribution plate for Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL. Except mine came with a DDC 3.1 pump. It may work on other distribution plates as well but I only have this one for testing. Note that due to the size of a D5 pump it will probably only fit in the XL case which has enough space between the distro plate and the side panel. Another thing to note is that the D5 pump's impeller is too tall and it will not fit inside the distribution plate cutout without modification. I replaced it with the one that came with the preinstalled pump, an EKWB DDC 3.1. I also tried using an impeller from an EKWB DDC 3.2 but it didn't move freely. The impeller now sits farther away from the distro plate's cutout and volute than it did with a DDC pump so it will probably reduce the D5 pump's overall performance but initial testing shows the water moving fine through the loop. I used the o-ring from the DDC pump which I sandwiched between the acrylic plate and the pump. This is where the o-ring holder part comes in to help keep it centered on the pump. Assembly is pretty straight forward, you slide the pump holder on the pump, place the o-ring holder on top and the o-ring inside it and mount them all to the distro plate using the original bolts.
