It's been an absolute blast working with this FreeCAD! I had a stash of NUC boards just begging for cases, so I decided to roll up my sleeves and create some. To get the higher temps needed for PETG, I had to tweak my printer and MacGyver it into submission - but it paid off in the end. The addition of grills for cooling was a game-changer. By the way, the hole for the power switch is specifically designed for an E-Switch LP1OA1AG Switch Push Button - you can snag one from DigiKey or Amazon if you're interested. I opted for a blue LED, but there are plenty of other colors to choose from. The grill print has been fixed and it's looking better than ever!
