D300VS Parts Fan Ducts and Mount

The fan duct assembly is designed for the stock Ultibots D300VS Micro Extruder and E3D V6 hotend. The internal geometry of the parts duct features air guides that spread airflow evenly across the slot, ensuring smooth airflow from just above the nozzle tip to approximately 2mm below. Airflow converges from 10mm in front and behind the print nozzle, angled inward. Note: I do not use thumbknobs on the extruder tensioning bolts, so I am unsure if the mount design will cause issues with the stock plastic knobs (I use an allen key chucked into an electric screwdriver for speed and ease). No bed clearance issues have been detected yet, but modifications may be necessary to fix bugs. A bug was fixed: the fan duct relief near the mount needed to be increased - it could interface with the mount, causing a crooked install. This did not happen 100% of the time, so it seems to be an as-printed issue. The cutout has been increased. Also, the fin surface area on the first channel in the right duct was increased to improve air capture on the forward vent - it was a bit weak, and the mount points were adjusted to drop the fans 0.5mm lower to direct less air across the nozzle itself and improve airflow around the extrusion. The Mount Mk2 has been uploaded with an updated picture. FreeCAD exports the left duct with a minor triangle issue, but it does not affect printability or function - as far as I can tell, it has zero effect on anything. Since FreeCAD is a bit buggy, I am unable to find a way to export the left duct file without the reported error (the error is only reported in KISSlicer - Slic3r-PE does not see any problems). UPDATE: The ducts and mount position are currently being reworked to improve pressure and angle. This text will change once Mk.3 files are uploaded.
