D25 Headlamp Hat Clip

I have several D25 dual LED headlamps that I highly recommend at an affordable price, usually under $25 on Amazon. These excellent headlamps normally come with a basic elastic headband, which works fine but has one major drawback: when worn with a hat featuring a bill, the headlamp casts an annoying shadow right where visibility is most crucial. To overcome this issue, I designed two ingenious clips that securely hold the headlamp in place while allowing for precise beam height adjustments. The taller clip sits farther back on the hat's brim, providing better weight distribution. The shorter clip, situated at the front of the bill, enables effortless beam direction adjustments up and down. These innovative clips are compatible with other versions of this light, including the 500 lumen model, making them a fantastic value for their price.
