I created something similar once but couldn't find it online, so I made one myself. Depending on your printer settings, you might want to trim 1-2mm from the tips of each arm for uniform length and tip-size. Sometimes, the tips don't print well because they are too pointed. I marked the edges with a larger die (D20) and placed the tentacles accordingly, ensuring every side is equal in size. This should provide an even balance and a satisfying dice-like feel (I hope I didn't mess anything up!).
