I needed a custom die that I could tailor to my specifications, so I took matters into my own hands and created one. The design should print out flawlessly with the use of supports and interfaces. Given the overhang angle is 40 degrees, I'm confident that it's possible to print it without any additional support structures. To make further adjustments, I've attached a SolidWorks file for your reference.
