D1 Mini WLED Case
thingiverse
I wanted a small D1 Mini Case for WLED, just to power some short LED strips so didnt need external power etc. I found a few, but they didnt fit my D1 Mini, a lot were designed around the official Wemos version, mine is a cheap one with USBC. Most of the issue was around the USBC port. Check pics of the D1 Mini I used for reference.I designed this to be minimal as possible. Its friction fitted but holds together real snug. Has slots for the 'official' common LED connector to solder onto 5v, ground and D4 (which is GPIO2), note that two cables are reversed before soldering. Ground and Signal need to be flipped. It also has a small hole for the reset switch incase you need it.It all fits lovely amd snug my end but your results may vary depending on your printer and how accurate it is. If the board is too tight, you could lightly sand the board with some sandpaper, if the lid/case are too tight, just print one of them 1-2% bigger or smaller.
