D-Warp (Modified Hypo Warp)
prusaprinters

This is modified version of Pseudoku's Hypo Warp with MX on the alpha's and Choc's on the thumb cluster. This version was specifically made for a GMK keycap so I think cherry/OEM would also work OK. I will get the version for XDA/DSA etc up in couple weeks hopefully.

The code for this version and the original version can be found here: https://github.com/pseudoku/Dactyl-It-Yourself-Editor

I have noticed the USB cut out is narrow. My custom built USB-C fits fine but anything store bought, I've had to shave off some of the plastic. You may want to make it a tad taller in your slicer.

I have included the inset bottom plate as well as 2 versions of a plate with a wrist rest. The plates were made for Elite-C so no idea if they would line up for Micro's

Couple of FYI's: There is a small extra piece generated in the inset plates. I just removed those in my slicer before printing.

The wrist rest plate and the tent only have left stl's. Mirror them for right but just know that the right USB reset hole won't line up since it's mirrored. So you can mount the right USB_C facing up.

Wrist Rest: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F7Y1LRL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

or

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32994318534.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.4e9a4c4doi6v1N

UPDATE 052220: I added a new taller tent. The case is rotated 5* inward and is tight but works great. I also raised the wrist rest by 5mm.

UPDATE 020422: I added another tent with a lower wrist rest. I think this might be the final although I may try it with the wrist rest flat instead of a slight angle. Still my daily driver and love the keyboard!

Print Settings

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

.2

Infill:

100

Filament: Prusament PLA Jet Black

Notes:

I always print my keyboards at 100% infill to give it weight and a solid feel. 15-20% if more that enough.

Post-Printing =============
I wired and flashed this as a 5x6 Dactyl Manuform. You just skip one of the rows when attaching to Elite-C.

You should attach the headers to the bottom of the elite c so it can be mounted upside down for the reset hole.

Category: DIY
