D Shaft Knob (Dave Smith Evolver Style)

I misplaced a few of the knob caps on my Dave Smith Instruments Evolver, so I grabbed my caliper and headed to Sketchup to recreate the original design from scratch. After some trial-and-error with test prints, I fine-tuned the tolerances until the fit was spot-on tight. The black knobs in the photos are the genuine articles, while the white ones are the printed replicas that passed the test.
